What happens when my account reaches maximum submissions?
Trial accounts stop receiving submissions when the account limit is reached, and end users see an alert that the database does not accept any more submissions. Standard accounts pay a small fee of 2 cents per excess submission, or you can buy add-on packs of additional submissions at discounted rates.
We notify standard accounts when they are approaching the monthly submission limit so you can take proper action.
Can I pay for one year of service in advance?
Certainly. Contact Support for assistance. Note that you will still need a credit card on file in your account in the event of excess submissions.
